on demand , covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in case of damage or loss during the transport of the order.

 The cost of shipping will be visible during conclusion of the order, and varies depending on the method chosen, the size and weight of the package.
You can choose between two methods of shipping or the possibility to withdraw goods directly at our office in Street Selvanesco, 75 - 20142 Milano - Italy .
Usually the delivery takes place in 2/4 working days, depends on the time of year.
On receiving the goods, please check that the number of packages indicated in the courier delivery note is actually delivered and that the products are intact and undamaged.
Otherwise the dispute should be raised immediately to the courier and reported promptly (in the absence of communications product is considered delivered correctly).
The other method is the shipment with specialized courier, a notice by e-mail or SMS to the withdrawal from the sender and before delivery by the most nearest branch to the recipient.
The delivery might be delayed due to the replenishment time and reloading the warehouse.
In this case the buyer is promptly contacted and informed about the new time required to execute the order, with the possibility, to replace the missing product with another of the same value and type proposed by us.

Our Couriers deliver during normal business hours (from 9:00 to 17:00), that is why you are advised to indicate an address where surely our employees will find someone to make delivery.
